St. Nina’s Bugisu comes from the slopes of Mt. Elgon, Uganda’s most ancient volcano, where it’s grown and processed by a group of smallholder farmers.
It's full-bodied with balanced acidity featured by notes of chocolate, dried fruit, and hints of vanilla.
The beans are loft-roasted in hot air until they reach the desired level of roast. We put love, care, and prayer into every batch, roasting each to bring out it's best.
