THE PROCESS

SELECTION
Our beans come through our supply partner Genuine Origin whose teams work directly with producers in-country. They run a program built on a simple idea: farmer prosperity, environmental integrity, and social integrity rise or fall together.
Here's how it works. They hire local people from within coffee communities and train them in agronomy and small business planning. Then they send those people back into their own communities to teach classes, work one-on-one with producers, and help in the field—at no cost, no strings attached. The farmers who take part achieve higher-quality harvests and better yields. Their livelihoods improve. And roasters like our Sisters get access to more exceptional coffee to bring to your cup.
It's not a certification box. It's a philosophy VERIFIED by third parties, and it's already producing measurable, data-backed improvements in the lives of farming families and their communities.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
Saint Nina's Coffee is loft-roasted—beans lifted in circulating air and held there until they crack open with flavor. We roast two African origins: Ethiopian and Ugandan. Alongside them, a South American Breakfast Blend and a South American decaf. All four are medium roasts, ranging from the bold, earthy character of our Ugandan beans to the gentler notes of our South American coffees. Every batch goes into the roaster with care, attention, and prayer. And comes out at its best.
