Have a question about an order, product, shipping, or wholesale purchasing? We’re here to help.
For order support, please email saintsidonia@fhc.org and include your order number when applicable. For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please include a brief description and photographs if available.
We’ll respond as soon as possible during our regular customer-care hours.
Please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive financial information by email.

We respect your privacy. When you place an order, contact us, or subscribe to updates, we collect only the information needed to process your order, arrange shipping, provide customer support, and improve our store.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Nun Better does not store complete payment card information.

Product Safety
Please read and follow all instructions and warnings included with each product.
For candles and other home goods:

For coffee and other consumable products, review the product packaging and ingredient information before use. Do not consume a product if the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with.
Third-party products may ship separately and may include additional safety instructions from the manufacturer. If a product arrives damaged or you have a safety concern, stop using it and contact us promptly.

We welcome inquiries from cafés, coffee shops, gift shops, bookstores, churches, retreat centers, and other retailers interested in offering thoughtfully selected coffee and monastery-inspired products.
Please email us at saintsidonia@fhc.org and tell us a little about your business, the products you’re interested in, and your expected order volume. We’ll review your inquiry and follow up with available products, pricing, minimum order quantities, and ordering details.
