Orthodox monastery coffee, roasted by nuns. Four single-origin and blended roasts — Ugandan Bugisu, Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, Breakfast Blend, and Swiss Water Decaf. Air-roasted in small batches at St Sidonia's, Maryland. Whole bean or ground. This is where the coffee lives.
